(hereinafter: Rules)
The purpose of these rules is to ensure equality for all participants and equal opportunities to win prizes after fulfilling the conditions specified in the rules.
I. Organizer
The organizer and manager of the collection of personal data of the prize competition “Laser Tag Giveaway” (hereinafter “The prize competition”) is SPORTKART doo, Avenija Dubrovnik 15/33, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 20156458678 (hereinafter: Organizer).
II. Duration and place of implementation
The prize competition is conducted in the time period from 1.7. until 6/7/2020. until 20:00 on the official Facebook page of the Organizer ( https://www.facebook.com/amazingafun )
III. Type of prizes, eligibility and method of participation
The winner/s of the Prize Contest who will be awarded based on the provisions of these Rules will be given a gift consisting of eleven (11) tickets for two (2) ten-minute (10 min) laser tag games at Amazinga with a reserved laser tag arena. The prize can only be used simultaneously, with the use of all eleven tickets twice.
All natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia, except employees of the Organizer, as well as members of their immediate families (parents, spouse, children, sisters and brothers) have the right to participate in the Prize Contest (hereinafter: Participants).
Participating in the prize contest is achieved by leaving/posting a comment under the post “Laser Tag Giveaway” and tagging/marking up to ten (10) Facebook friends. By participating in the Prize Contest, the Participant accepts and approves that the data provided is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of holding this Prize Contest.
When participating in the Prize Contest, participants are required to provide true, accurate and complete contact information about themselves.
IV. Selection of winners
Using the internet service https://commentpicker.com , the organizer awards one lucky winner at random. The winner of the award will be announced below the post from 1. July 2020 after the end of the Prize Contest.
The winner of the prize contest can use his prize six (6) months after the announcement of the winner.
V. Disqualification
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify registered participants at any time in the following cases:
The Participant violates these Rules or acts contrary to the rules of the Facebook platform.
YOU. Publicity
By participating in this Prize Contest, Participants accept the Rules of this Prize Contest and at the same time agree that, if they become a prize winner, their name, address and review may be published and used by the Organizer free of charge in printed, audio, image and video material.
VII. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and the participants of the Prize Contest, the parties will resolve all disputes arising from this Prize Contest by mutual agreement, and in the event of impossibility of resolving the dispute, the court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
VIII. User data protection
By participating in this Prize Contest, Participants agree that the Organizer processes their personal data, and only the data necessary for access to this Prize Contest.
The organizer guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
The organizer will process the above personal data exclusively for the purposes of implementing this Prize Contest (selection of winners, notification of prizes) and for statistical data processing.
The Administrator undertakes not to transfer the said information about the Contest participants to third parties, unless it is necessary for the implementation of the Contest or the Administrator is obliged to provide the same data in accordance with applicable regulations.
During the Prize Contest, the Participant has the right to withdraw from further participation in the Prize Contest, after which his personal data will be deleted from the personal data base.
IX. Termination of the prize competition
The prize competition can be terminated only in case of occurrence of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, that is, which it could not foresee, prevent, remove or avoid. Participants will be notified of the termination of the Prize Contest via the official Facebook page of the Organizer ( https://www.facebook.com/amazingafun ).
